Targeting Specific Keywords

Learning about targeting specific keywords is the major way to get success in the field of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). In the following steps you will learn to target the specific keywords for your campaign and which keywords you need to target and on which basis you are targeting them.

Basis on which you can target the Keywords:

The one and only one major point is that your selected keyword appears in the searches of the search engines. If your keyword appears in the search engines then they will send more targeted specific traffic to your site.

Which Keywords to Target:
When you will go for targeting any keywords, you want to plan to go for those keywords which have little competition. For example, if I type the keyword “michigan seo”, I get 436,000 search results in google. This keyword has high competition, and to get on the top page of the google is not very simple.

While, If I type “michigan seo expert services” there are only 44,000 results. It has less competition and to get higher search engine placement is easy as compare to “michigan seo”. The result of this explanation is that you have to focus on long tail keywords (4-7 words) that have very less competition.

Targeting these Keywords:
To target these keywords is very simple task. For doing this, you need to put your keywords in bold every time whenever you use them in your writings. Your keyword should be used one time in every 75 words. You also have to use your keyword as the title of your article. All search engines will see the density of your keywords and then put your site under the search results of your keywords.

I hope these guidelines will be very helpful to you for optimization your site for the search engines.
